The owner took her time and worked with me to have the band’s actual logo embroided on the back of every jacket and placed our first names on the front left hand sides. The owner even called and sent me emails to update me on the progress of my project while giving me wonderful advice with regard to the size and positioning of the lettering on the back. She finished all of the jackets weeks before her deadline date which had been discussed and needless to say the jackets came out beautifully! A friend referred me to EmbroidMe Sorrento Valley. The first time I called and spoke to Anu, I knew I was in good hands. She helped me order quality polo shirts for my VP to hand out to customers. A few months later my VP asked me if I could get buttons made in 24 hours to take to a business meeting!?! We did not think it could be done, but I gave Anu a call to say I tried. She came thru! Custom buttons in 24 hours! I went back for embroidered team backpacks. She helped me with team flip flops & lawn chairs for a Luau. Holiday Miracle!
I know we have all been therethe day before Christmas Eve.. .panicking about gifts. Let me tell you all, that Embroidme (run by Anu Kumar) is the parent’s greatest gift since "Santa Claus." She ensured that my daughters had their super cozy new winter robes embroidered (with their favorite vacation destination )hours before her store closed at 6:00pm 12/23 for the holiday. By the way, I called to make the request at 2:30pm the same day. Not only, was her work immaculate but it was also priceless, especially after seeing the look of surprise and happiness on those girl's faces.
