1. What type of garments do you sell?

We carry a wide range of apparel and accessories including t-shirts, polos, dress shirts, jackets, hats, aprons, work wear, uniforms, bags, etc. We carry many brands including but not limited to Hanes, Lee, Gildan, Jerzees, Devon & Jones, Champion, Nike, Adidas, and many many more!

2. Can we bring items in to be embroidered?

Yes.  We let you bring your own items (shirts, blankets, backpacks, etc) to embroider.

3. Do you have minimums?

We have no minimums on embroidered items whether you purchase apparel from us or bring in your own items. Screen Printed items are most cost effective at 24 or more, but smaller quantities are available. Most promotional products require minimum purchases.

4. What is your turn around time?

Embroidered items are typically completed in 5-7 business days, screen printing takes 2-3 weeks and promotional products vary by the product. Please contact us for specific delivery times. We accept rush orders at a nominal fee.

5. How much will it cost?

Pricing depends on the items and quantities purchased, the method of decoration, and the specifics of the decoration. Contact us with the details of your project and we will be happy to provide you with a free quote of all costs.

6. Is there a set-up fee?

Set up fees are charged to digitize custom designs/logos for embroidery. We will keep your design on file for future orders. Screen charges apply to screen printed items and set ups apply to some promotional products as well.

7. What kind of artwork is required?

We can use various formats to reproduce logos for embroidery. Jpg files are preferred but we can work with other sources, business cards, letterheads etc. Screen printing and promotional products require vector artwork. EmbroidMe can create vector artwork of your design. Artwork charges may apply.

8. How do we get artwork to you?

Artwork can be emailed to us at sorrentovalley@embroidme.com or brought in to our store in the Mira Mesa Blvd. Ste J, San Diego, CA-92121.

9. What kind of deposit do you require?

We require a minimum of 50% deposit on all orders.

10. Do you accept credit cards?

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

11. What are your store hours?

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday 10AM - 6PM and Saturdays 10AM – 1:00PM.
